I had filed bankruptcy but my better half insisted on reaffirming the house. Now they did a quitclaim deed sale and just received notice that the occupants have left, and the house is in danger of going into foreclosure. Now that she just let it go into foreclosure and walk away, would the dealership approve her on the loan with a foreclosure?
As son as you have a better credit score it is obvious that you can get loan that with low interest rate..
