In California, you have (typically) 5 days to reply before which the judge can issue a writ of possession... There's really SO much more to this... What did your lawyer do??? What do the court papers show? How did you respond in court? Have you filed an appeal yet? (If not, WHY???)

5 days to reply for?
I WAS NOT A TENANT>>>I was the owner!!
And YES ther is so much more fraudulant actions conducted by these legal PRO's.
My lawyer faked his death.
Court papers show mis spellings in all parties names...during this fraudulant eviction....By the way even though a owner that has CLEAR TITLE, I also supplied any and all parties and the courts a Stamped copied of title/ownership of my property.
To appeal? Possibly overwhelmed with all this organized crime of events and having no family nor any source of support.
When a person gets weighed down from people like this it can be hard to see the solutions.

Yes, I caught the fact you are/were the owner... You still need to follow the appeal process... In addition, I would write letters. Your local paper, regional paper, congressman, senator, anyone and everyone! Blog it! Go into regional chat rooms... put signs on my car... anything and eveything!

Well Ewlala,

As much as I know, the unlawful detainer eviction is meant for eviction of tenants and not the owner!! So, how come they evict you? and didn't you contact the attorney before the viction? This is indeed something illegal. And my god! the attorney involved doesn't seem to be right for you. Well, it's very hard to find out professionals who can make things easier for you.

I think you should complaint against this action. By the way, have you ever dealt with the names you mentioned - Wells Fargo, Chicago Title etc? It's better if you consult an attorney who can really help you out in this situation. I know it's difficult to find out such a guy but not all attorneys are bad you see. You've got to take the risk here an fight back.

What you can do is, have a talk with jheard (he's an attorney in this community) by pm/quick message. May be he can try to help you out. And, pls don't mind but try not to write everything in bold text, it gives the impression as if you're shouting at someone:)

Good luck

You need to hire an attorney in the Los Angeles area who can review the court documents and see exactly what occurred. Check with the Los Angeles County Bar Association Referral Service for the name of an attorney that can help you.

I doubt there was a massive conspiracy, but it could just be a simple mistake or explanation.

Well if you in title and you the correct owner then this should be cleared up by courts and you will own the condos down the line so I whould go consult a good lawyer and show them your proof.
Good luck
