i have recently received a loan that i did not agree to from geneva roth i have been trying to contact this company about my loan and now i have read terrible things about what this company has done to people and i dont want that to happen to me is it illegal for me to put a block on my banking account so they cant withdraw money i have also seen this company goes by different names when speaking to the bank about not letting geneva roth withdraw from my account what do i tell them if they use multiple names so they cant withdraw from my account any help would be greatly appreciated my loan is due tomorrow but i want to just send the full payment by mail so they dont access my account thank you so much
Welcome lore,

This is something that many ahve come across. I don't understand when someone doesn't apply or agree to a loan from a company how can it forcefully send the funds. It is true that Geneva Roth goes by different names. And it's real problem if they're doing so. It will be difficult for you to block the account for multiple names.

I don't think it will be illegal to block the account but you do have a talk with the bank on what they have to suggest in such a situation. They must be handling several people like you who have been targeted by geneva roth. And regarding the full payment, well, it's better to send it by mail.

Hi lore,

Welcome to the forum.

I think first of all contact Geneva Roth and try to pay them back the loan as you didn't agree for the loan. I think phone no of Geneva Roth is 913-825-1200.

Feel free to ask if you have any further questions.

Best of luck,
Larry
