:x I am frustrated with this company Geneva Roth. Rip Offs!!!!!! I will never be able to pay these people off! A three hundred dollar loan so far has cost me $540... AND I still owe $390!!!!!!! How they run this loan is not how they explained this to me!!!!!!! Very upset and angry!!!!! When you call the phone number to this company they are sooooo rude!
Hello Benn,

It is really frustrating. This is a very common complaint against this company. Most people working with them are harassed and feel confused.

Are they pulling out money from your account?

Hi Bennkaren,

I do understand your situation, it's very unfair of the company to harrass people who've been into a deal with them. Didn't they explain you why they're demanding the money - I guess there's some kind of miscommunication going on.

May be they are not able to explain why they're charging you so much but even then that's not the way they should do business with people. After all, so many people approach them for loans and then they're into a trap as they find later on. I think you should pay them off asap and just end up any deal you've signed with them. Just call them and ask them to make things clear.

Take Care

It sounds like "Predatory Lending" to me. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Predatory_lending
Sara's right, pay them off ASAP is likely your best bet, and always remember, the best way to tell how good the loan your getting is to add up all the monthly payments before you sign to see what the total payback will be. Also remember, it doesn't really matter what they tell you- it's your word against theirs- what matters is the loan documents themselves. Make sure to read what you sign. Any court issues will revolve around the loan documents themselves.

Yeah James, what's written matters a lot that what's told. it's always better to read the docs before signing on a contract and these doecuments are the ones that can help anyone if the creditor or the lender comes up with any hidden fees and charges.
