I got a payday loan from geneva roth I changed my account before
they deduct from my account because I heard thet are loan sharks
you know what they will do next?
Hello Joann,

It is good to hear that you are cautious right from the beginning.

There has been numerous complaints against Geneva Roth from pulling out money from the account to threatening people over the phone and it is really difficult to predict what step they might take.

But I think it will be wise to make the payments on time and at the same time try to obtain and preserve all the loan documents and receipts. This will help you if there is any complication in future.

Hi Joann,

It is really refreshing to see people has now become more aware about such companies and taking precautions. Keep posting updating about them.

Best of luck,
Larry

I recieved a payday loan and had been making payments. I kept trying to get out of the loans and they kept building up. I finally called and made a settlement offer and began making payment towards a balance that was not reoccuring. I found that I had over paid them and when I called to rectify the problem I couldnt get any where. Ther were rude and continued to pass me from rep to rep that passed themselves off as supervisors. One rep even went as fas as to tell me they have no supervisors and the owner refused to talk to me he doesnt talk to deadbeats that need payday loans. I have no way to find out who I could wirte to report this problem. Can you help me I want to write a letter.

Welcome lproby.

the best thing is to stay away from payday loans. And even if take out one make sure that you are paying on the payday. Otherwise these type of problems is bound to occur as the interest rates of the payday loans are very high and you will be actually paying interest on the interest. BTW haven't checked when paying that you are actually over paying them? By the way to whom are you willing to write the letter?
