Closing loans in multiple states

Posted on: 30th Jul, 2009 07:39 am
I just closed 3 deals using Broker Buddy's Zillow auto quote, but I am only licensed in one state. I know I could close a ton more if only I was licensed in multiple states. Does anyone know of any mortgage brokers that are licensed in all 50 states?
Hi rjenewein!

Welcome to forums!

I personally do not know about lenders who are licensed in all the 50 states. However, as far as I know, mortgage brokers can get license for multiple states. For example in Alabama, you'll have to fill out the second broker's application form and submit it to the licensing authority. To know more, check out the given page:

Feel free to ask if you've further queries.
