will i qualify for a home loan with a 630 credit score
Hi Guest,
You can apply for a FHA loan with a 630 credit score and there are chances that you will get one. However, in order to get a conventional loan, you should have a credit score between 650-680.
You can speak to the lenders of this community and seek a no obligation free mortgage consultation from them. This will help you to know what type rates you will get.
Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

yes, guest, 630 is not a special score, but it is sufficiently high for you to go fha. don't even entertain a conventional loan - adjustments to points, etc. will be prohibitive, whereas fha loans carry no such adjustments at your score level.
of course, all the other variables of your situation will need to fit, as well (income, obligations, assets, etc).
