Where can I find out what the mortgage employment verification laws are.
Are we required by any law to fill out a mortagage employment verification form?

Law differs from one state to another. So can you please tell us where do you stay so that I can try to help you out.
BTW are you willing to get a mortgage? The lender needs to get the Employment verification to approve you a mortgage.
