I have 75k in income a year combined but both me and my wife ficos r mid 500s....
Hi Freddy, Income is good but both of you having mid 500 score the both of you will not be able to get a loan. FHA loans require at least minimum 620 scores. Best thing to do is wait and fix your credit.

no you will not qualify freddy because of your low credit score
