Is there anyone who can help us we are good hard working people and my husband has been at the same job for 10 years and no one is willing to help us..
Hi tinaruss!

Welcome to Forums!

You can get FHA loans if you have a credit score of 580. You will get the loan with low down payments and low closing costs. You can speak to a FHA approved lender and check out the plans that they offer.

Feel free to ask if you have further queries.

tinaruss, you will generally find lenders bowing at your feet to help you obtain a mortgage and purchase a home. after all, they all want to get paid (we all).

you've indicated credit is not good - that's got to be the underlying reason for your inability to so far acquire a loan. do you know your scores? that's a very good place to start. if you have debts that need to be paid, by all means, take care of them and then you'll be better able to move forward with your plans to purchase.

a little more information for us will enable us to provide better assistance.

What are some of the worst thing reporting on your credit currently?
How old are those items?
Do you know what your scores are?
How many open accounts do you currently have?

Need more information to help you out.

If there are items on your credit report that are not yours you will need to write the credit agency of the debt and ask them to investigage - include your contact information so they can contact you back - if they cannot legally show this is your debt then they by law have to remove it from your report.

You can also contact the credit agency where you pulled your credit report - make sure to use a reputable credit agency to pull your credit - experian, transunion, equifax, etc.
