hi, i need to purchase a house and i so far have fair credit score since i started building my credit 1 yr ago, but i am self employed for this last year, i have more than 10% down but i cant prove my income, till october, is there any way i can be helped? the house is $65,000

If you cannot show a proof of income to the lenders, then you will have to go for a stated income loan. Keeping in mind the present market situation, lenders are not keen on giving stated income loans. However, I would still suggest you to speak to the lenders of your area and see if they are ready to give you such a loan.
