My sister cosigned for my mother's house, she died. There are 7 children. Will the house go to my sister only? There is no will. My mother lived in Chicago, Illinois.
Hi lawrence!
Welcome to the forums!
Your sister just co-signed for the loan. Even if her name is mentioned on the property deed, your mother's share of the property will be divided amongst the 7 of you.
Feel free to ask if you've further queries.

Hi lawrence,
As there is no will, the property will be equally divided amongst the heirs. You and the other heirs should speak to an attorney and sort out the matter.

It probabaly depends on the ownership noted on the deed.
You are asking a legall question.
No one answering here is a lawyer.
No one knows in what state the property is located and what state llaws apply.
No one here has seen the deed and we have no idea if your sister had rights of survioshoip or if she was noted as a tenant in common or if any other type ownership.
Sorry, no one here can answer your question. A few did answer, but, you cannot rely on what they said. They mean well, but, they do not know.
