In Illinois, does a mobile home go through foreclosure proceedings, as a home would, or do they normally get repossessed? I'm not sure because mobile home owners do have to pay real estate tax in Illinois.

A mobile home will get repossessed as it will be considered as a vehicle. I don't think it will go through normal foreclosure proceedings.
