Hi everyone… need your opinion!!! I had filed bankruptcy in 2007 and now it will be 5 years old in January next year. I want to know whether or not the bankruptcy will have a less impact on my credit report?

With time, the impact of your bankruptcy will get reduced in your credit report. Depending upon the type of your bankruptcy filing, you may have to wait for 2-4 years in order to qualify for a new mortgage.
