Hi there… Husband got a letter, from the sheriff, which was titled "Notice to debtor for exemptions from levy". Well, now we need to know as to how he claims these exemptions. There are a ton of them listed. Does he just send a letter listing them or is there a form to fill out?

Your husband should contact an attorney and take his opinion in this matter. The attorney will help your husband in knowing whether or not there is any form that needs to be filled out.
