i filed chapter 7 bankruptcy last week with the help of an attorney. however, the paperwork is not complete yet. today i received a cmrrr from an attorney (for 1 credit card i owned) they sent me a copy of a court hearing date on 6/20/2012 with a court file number on it. i do not know what to do now, please advice.

You can include this in your bankruptcy filing as well. You will have to contact your bankruptcy attorney immediately and let him know about this lawsuit. He will let you know what steps you need to take in this regard.
