2nd loan charged off. Collection agency asking for payment.

filed chapter 13 bankruptcy in dec 2008, due to making sure i complied with my bankrupty payment i was late on making on payments to both 1st and 2nd mortgage loans , on march 2011 my 2nd (chase) charged off my account. and sent it to a collections agency. but i never heared from them ,my 1st (bofa) after 8 months agreed to modify my loan from a payment of $2660.00 interest only per month on a 7% interest, no property tax insurance is paid separately. now i'm at 2% for 5 years and by the 8th year it max out at 4.25% until the 25 th year. making my payments at $2450 ( principal, interest and tax included, btw this was court approved since i am still in chapter13 till 2013 dec. now july 2012 i recieved a letter from a collection agency asking for the full amount of my 2nd mortgage balance. waiting to talk to my bk lawyer and go from there. or should i talk to them and make a 5-10% of the amount payment deal. i owe $106,000,

You should immediately contact your bankruptcy attorney and check out what should you do in this regard. If the account was included in your bankruptcy filing, then you'll either get a discharge from it or you will have to pay as per the payment plan.
