Hi all,

It's been a long time since we've all joined hands and helped our community grow. But how well do we know each other? Let's start off by telling you something about myself.

I'm Brian Dela Cruz, Marketing Manager at MortgageFit. I've been associated with this community since April, 2006. And, it's been a pleasure interacting with the people here and helping them to the best of my abilities.

It would be great if you too add something about yourself here.

Happy introducing!

Thanks,

Brian Dela Cruz

I hope the community is happy with the way you have been helping them so far.

Just hope that you are also enjoying your visit to our forums.

But tell us something more about you. You seem to be acquainted with the way the industry runs...

Thanks,

Hi,

I have worked for Bank of America for about 3yrs...1yr with LendingTree..and 1yr as a Mortgage Broker.

I have been doing credit repair for about 10yrs...and know the in's and out's. I dont charge for credit repair....I now offer advice with no charge!

A lot of my customers come to me because of this 'niche'.
I learn how to accomplish Rapid Rescore for free.....w/out documentation...and done in a few days.

See you guys in the forum!

Hi Banker,

It's good to know that we have someone in the community who can help people repair their credit, that too, for free. We do come across people here who have suffered from bad credit and don't know what can be the right way to repair credit.

Moreover, I find a lot of people having misconceptions about credit and that's the reason people are becoming victims of fraud companies and the like.

I personally feel if we can take some initiative to help people suffering from credit issues, it will be great. They can then get better financing options and they don't need to pay higher rates or charges just because they took one wrong step and messed up the whole thing.

Our community has a forum on Credit, so you can keep posting to the forums and provide valuable suggestions to the people here. I would surely like to see you as the Moderator of our Credit forums.

Thanks,

Brian Dela Cruz

Hello Forum,

My name is Jason Redding I am a Senior Mortgage Specialist with Nickel City Funding LLc. We are based out of the Buffalo, New York Area. Actually in Orchard Park, NY. If any one watches football they will reckognize it as home to Ralph Wilson Statdium, Home of the Buffalo Bills, winners of 4 Straight AFC titles!

Anyways our company has over 20 loan officers and lends in NY,CT,FL,GA, and VA I work with most of the lenders that are still around and we offer FHA/VA and Sonyma. My motto is to find the right mortgage the First time for all my clients.

I am a true believer of upfront and honest approach to all my clients and am sickened by the reputation that brokers have been given in the media and by a few bad apples in the industry.

If any should ever have a question or need anything please feel free to email me. I look forward to discussions with many of you in the future and shareing ideas and solutions that may benefit everyone.

Here you go - I am George M. Akerley; I am employed as a relationship manager with First Horizon Home Loans, located in Bloomfield, CT. First Horizon is a division of First Tennessee Bank N.A., and a direct lender.

I have been in the banking/mortgage industry for way too long, apparently. I never got the word, I guess. So here I am now on this forum, hoping to be of assistance with my vast expertise. I have been a consumer lender, a home equity specialist, an underwriter, a mortgage originator - you name it, and I have likely either done it or had it done to me.

I am also the owner/proprietor of Word of Excellence, which I established this year. This is an editing/proofreading service, based on the Word of God; He wants all that we do to be steeped in excellence, and what we write should be done in an excellent fashion. In many cases, it is the only way people get to know us, especially in this computer age.

Anyone may feel free to contact me with questions, concerns, etc. about the mortgage business or other credit-related issues; and of course, I would welcome all to avail themselves of the best doggone editor around (I am reasonably priced!).

Thanks for putting up with me.
