Hi all,
It's been a long time since we've all joined hands and helped our community grow. But how well do we know each other? Let's start off by telling you something about myself.
I'm Brian Dela Cruz, Marketing Manager at MortgageFit. I've been associated with this community since April, 2006. And, it's been a pleasure interacting with the people here and helping them to the best of my abilities.

My name is Jon and I am the director of strategic development for an online marketing firm, specializing in highend luxury. We have a luxury homes division which I am very involved in.
I spent over 16 years in mortgage finance, beginning as a loan officer to eventually vice president of one of the country's largest bank and mortgage lender.
I look forward to discussing all aspects of lending with this forum and hope I can contribute significantly.

I have four years' experience in originating mortgages and hope this is a useful forum for everyone. If there is something that I can help with please let me know.
Premier is a direct lender of all the government programs, and we can help with the bond programs available to first time homebuyers, teachers, and first responders. We also can originate loans for home construction, lot purchases, bridge loans, and commercial properties as well.
