Hi all,

It's been a long time since we've all joined hands and helped our community grow. But how well do we know each other? Let's start off by telling you something about myself.

I'm Brian Dela Cruz, Marketing Manager at MortgageFit. I've been associated with this community since April, 2006. And, it's been a pleasure interacting with the people here and helping them to the best of my abilities.

It would be great if you too add something about yourself here.

Happy introducing!

Thanks,

Brian Dela Cruz
Good Day Everyone!

I joined a few months back. I enjoy helping people. I have been in this business for quite a while now and nothing is better than helping someone purchase their first home or their 50th home. As well as the feeling you get when you can refinance someone to get them out of a financial Jam.

I work close with the community through FHA lending to assist everyone that I can with their dream to own a home!

I joined some 6 months ago -- and, I just found out about this 'intro' thread.

A life-long 'East Coast'-er, my wife and I moved to Phoenix to start a family and enjoy the West Coast. Having owned a few homes and refinanced each one of them to my advantage, I know how valuable good financial advice can be -- this is why I spend my time helping others correct their financing, or buy the home they hope to call their own.

Now that real estate holdings look to be more a hindrance than an asset, the clever folks are buying. And, the homeowners that find themselves in a jam are now looking for real help -- although the government can point them in the right direction, it is the responsibility of loan officers like myself to 'make it happen'! As always, a good mortgage broker can put the borrower into the proper product and improve his/her financial security.

I value this Community for the 'life' examples I find -- I hope to suggest some positive direction once in a while, but I like the discussion back-and-forth that each visitor brings to this Community. I learned long ago that awareness is everything -- and I learn more every day.

That's a good thing on your part Charles and you do a great job! Indeed the government may have a lot to implement but it can only be effective when the entire industry co-operates with each other and makes it happen. :)

I recently joined the site and found it by accident. I've been in the mortgage business for 7 years and worked for one Countrywide for 6 years. I worked my way up from LO to Branch Manager overseeing 2 branches. I enjoy this business and hate the situation we are in due to many of the people that aren't in the business now...the strong, knowledgable & honest will survive. I work solely in Texas and like answering questions (that how stay up to date). I opened my own broker shop in 2006 with my partner and we now have 2, soon to be three offices. I would decraibe us as a no friles, straight shooting cmpany. Like I tell most of my clients, you may notlike wha tI have to say, but it will be the truth.

Hi John,

I appreciate your concern and views on the current state of the mortgage business. You seem to be quite straightforward and that's appreciable. :)

It's good that you like helping people with your knowledge - which is also a part of our vision. So, feel free to join this community and particpate in our forums (as a registered member) wherein you'll come across all types of questions and hopefully you'd like answering them too.

Since you've been in the business for years now, you may join us as a lender instead of a community member, so that when people in need seek counseling, our system will be able to send you the request from the guests and members.

I hope you understand. And, just in case, you'd like to go through the forum guidelines, you'll find them at http://www.mortgagefit.com/terms-services.html .

If you have any questions, just put it here or mail me at "brian@mortgagefit.com" .

Thanks,

Brian Dela Cruz

54% of everyone in the U.S are having credit challenges. I just want to let people know there is light at the end of the tunnel. I work for a company called Global Advantage. I give a free consultation to let you know whats going on with your credit. Also let you know if its something you can fix on your own. I have a passion for helping people and i know good people make mistakes. Whether its from divorce, tough times, or just being young and irresponsible. My main goal is to educate and coach people so they can truely understand how important it is to keep good credit while i restore it. I also help open trade lines that report to bureaus to raise the credit over time. I set realistic goals and truely build a relationship with my clients to help overcome there situation. Email me if you have any questions. Even if not interested in getting in the program i will assist you with any credit questions or advice.

hey that's great Kerry:) Nice to have you here.

Feel free to share your views with us. And doesn't matter from which field you are, what matters is helping people with the little we know about our daily finances.

Just a word of advice, when you post the next time, don't forget to login. After all, you can qualify for rewards for the good work you do here! Just take a look at http://www.mortgagefit.com/community-rewards.html to know how you can get community rewards. And I suppose you are Khsheldon (as mentioned in http://www.mortgagefit.com/problems/broker-pullcredit.html) . :)

In case you have any query/suggestions for the community, feel free to pm me.

Good luck
