need to remove my name from a warranty deed to a property I never owned. How do I do this?

If your name is not mentioned on the property deed, then you don't have to do anything. If your name is mentioned in the property deed, then you can sign a warranty deed and transfer the property to the other owner. This will help you in removing your name from the property deed.
