We know that for Condos and PUD's FNMA/ FHLMC provide waranties and all are classified.
Similarly we also know that FHA always lend to Approved Condos as per their list, but what are the warranties they provide for condos .. I wanted to know are their any warranties for condos or do they follow same warranties such as for FNMA/ FHLMC.
