MY REDEMPTION DATE IS JAN.31.MY NEW HOME WON'T BE READY FOR TWO WEEKS AFTER THAT DATE.MY QUESTION IS CAN I BE THROWN OUT FEB.1ST OR DOES THE BANK HAVE TO GO TO COURT TO EVICT ME?
