my fiance and i bought a land and my name is on the deed only. now we cant find someone to refinance the loan because its bloom loan. if land goes to forecloser would my credit will be bad
"bloom" - do you mean "balloon"? obtaining financing on land is very difficult - there are lenders out there, i'm sure, but you'll need to shop around and quickly, it appears.

if you end up in a foreclosure, your credit would definitely be negatively affected.

have a conversation with the lender to see what they can do for you.

yes, i think any kind of foreclosure will affect your credit. But your fiance is not on the deed nor mortgage, so he will not be affected anyway.

now, eric, we know those things don't work!

it could have been a roll of the dice or the flip of a coin, too.
