My husband is buying a house, can my name be include in the title if I'm not include in the finance? the finance is showing only his name because I don't have credit.
I think that, you can't add your name in the title. It will be good ask to your financer. If they give permission, it will be good for you.

You CAN add your name on the title without being on the mortgage note. You don't need the lender's permission.
