My parents own 4 homes and I am an only child. If they die do I pay taxes on all of the sales of the homes and if so is it possible to put my name on the deed of each house to avoid hughs taxes?

you may add you name on property deed by signing quit claim deed by help of your attorney. but you have to pay taxes after selling this homes.
