Quick claim deed form with a notary or an attorney?

Posted on: 03rd Sep, 2006 02:11 pm
How I can get a quick claim deed form to transfer 2 lots of land to my son?
Hi Mguerra,

You will get a standard form from our section on Quit claim deed. But before you use it, just show it to your attorney. Generally the attorneys provide the form and they may vary in the information they require to execute the signing of the deed.

Thanks,

Caron.

Hi,

I would like to add that after the deed is filled and signed; get is notarized by a notary by way of his sign and stamp on it.

After that the deed is recorded at the county recorder's office making the deed valid and enforceable.

Thanks
