Would like buy home and lease it back to original owner as she would like to stay put.
Elderly lady so looking into reverse mortgage as option but can\'t find alot on this.
Other option is to purchase her home with no money down with her helping me with the down payment and closing costs to help her stay living there.
Any help would be appreciated.
