I purchased a Mobile from my ex-father in law I am listed as the owner on the property taxes but I have no title and the finance company my father in law got it from is out of business. What do I do to get a title so I can sell the mobile?

Your ex-father-in-law will have to add your name to the property deed with the help of a quitclaim deed. This will make you the owner of the property and then you will be able to sell off the property.
