Hi,

I understand your situation but if you explain your financial difficulty I am sure the lender will agree to give you some more time and not go for a foreclosure right now.

Thanks

Hi,

You should also talk with the lender about forbearance plan to suspend your payments for a few months which will help you to gather some amounts and get back to normal payments.

In the months the payments will be stopped you can try to gain some financial stability to start off the payments on a regular basis.

Hi Guest,

"can they foreclose without going thru normal procedure since i didn't make 1st pym after extension?"
I think they will follow the usual procedure as in any foreclosure. Not paying the first payment even after the extension cannot have any affect on the foreclosure process.

"i only have bal of aug which will still leave me neg 523 of what i'm suppose to pay on oct6 "
You have no other option but to request the lender to suspend your payments for a few months at least so that you can gather good amount of money and then start paying for the loan.

Thanks,

Sara.
