But the only problem is I will not have the money till nov. which is 3 days late and they will not wait that long.... Can you beleive that. I said I would pay half know and half then they still told me NO WAY!!!! What to do... The mort company is HSBC and the are the 2nd I am at a lost and really don\'t know what to do any more...I have been trying every to work with them. But it is never not good enough for them...I want ot give them my money but they are so unwilling to work with us...what to do????I am pulling my hair out!!!!What to do????
Hi Chelly,

The company may be is not believing that you really would be in a position in 3 days time to pay the amount to them. They must be thinking that if she can pay after 3 days why can't on the fixed date.

If you can show them the reason or the proof how you will have the required amount by November they will certainly believe you and grant the extension of three days.

Thanks

I also agree on it, if the company has agreed to a payment arrangement then are not exactly interested in foreclosing. You should try to convince them to wait for the few more days it will take for you to arrange the amount. There is no rule on within which time after an arrangement is set the payment has to be made, if they wish they can certainly extend it for a few more days.

Hi,

I think you have posted a similar query a few days back. Could you get some help from that information? Kindly go through the previous discussion .

Thanks,

Caron.
