Hi everyone, I've been browsing this board a bit and have some questions to ask. It may be a little off topic, but its definetly mortgage related. I'm looking for historical charts of Mortgage Backed Securities (Prime and Subprime), and charts of AAA and AA corporate bonds.. Historical charts from about 1968+. Trying to do a project regarding mortgages and seeing if I can have a little consulting thing going on for my family members. Any help will do, thanks!

I could find information on the AAA Corporate Bond Rates from the year 1981 to 2004. Have a look at http://www.ofm.wa.gov/databook/economy/ct12.asp for the details.

hey folks, thanks for helping me out. Sara, I checked that link, the link says its for the State of Washington? Or are those AAA Bond rates national numbers?

It's the bond rate for the State of Washington. I shall try to find out the national numbers. Let me see if I can get some more information. As far as the mortgage backed securities are concerned, I am yet to find the details. Just give me some more time and let's see what others have to say here.
