The Cosi loan is a 30 year fixed, is it possible to pay the loan off in less 30 years if i am making payments every 2 weeks at a starting rate of 1.75% and I have an increase of 7% on the payment once a year? How will this put me in neg am and by how much per payment or per year on a house that is $292,000.
