My mother has a reverse mortgage. Can she get a quit claim deed to turn the house over to me,her daughter?
Not unless she has a way to pay off the reverse mortgage first - they are life time partners once she signs on the dotted line -
If you were to refinance into your name and get a loan large enough to pay off the reverse mortgage you may be able to be added
