I am trying to get a loan using land for collateral nothing owed no liens
How much are you looking to borrow - what is the property worth
is there a home on it? Land loans are rare - if it is a small amlunt you may get a local bank to offer you something? It doesnt hurt to ask..

As Brian suggested, it doesn't hurt you or cost you if you will ask your local bank regarding collateral loans.
