can I lower my mortgage balance without making extra payments?
I saw this on some webpage can't remember where and it states that it can .....I don't see how? are there any trade secrets I should know about?
I can't figure it out.....other than it being a scam!

yeah, seems to be scam. I haven't heard of this before. How can one reduce loan balance without making extra payments.

Welcome to the forums.
One can lower his mortgage balance either by paying extra along with the monthly payments or by paying additional amounts towards the principal. Generally, lenders allow borrowers to increase their monthly payments only once a year or once per term.
