my ex and i purchased a house and are not splitting he is trying to refinance, how will that show on my credit once the house is refinanced in his name only.
I would like to know about the Title Agent. And their Services.

Please tell me and also give me the useful website for Title Agent.

Hi Vgray,

As long as your name is on the mortgage, it will appear on your credit report. But if your ex is able to get the loan refinanced in his name then its entry will get removed from your report.

Vgray, if your husband is going to refinance the house in his name only, then it will not show on your credit report any longer. It will look like the house was paid off, but probably not raise your scores significantly, if at all. If you still want part ownership in the house, then you need to have your name on title. Call or email me with any questions or if you would like to get pre-qualified.
