I would like to purchase a home in Myrtle Beach, SC. My credit scores are 669, 587, and 530. I have already signed a contract thinking I would not have trouble finding 100% financing but I am having no luck. Please help a.s.a.p.

Welcome Kellehja,

Did you get pre-qualified and pre-approved? What kind of problem are you coming across?

What feedback are you getting from lenders and based on which concerns they are refusing to finance?

Your credit score is not go great, that might be one of the reasons, what other reason you think are causing the delay.

The standard by most lenders is that they go by you MID FICO Score. A FICO Score of 587 is not the greatest. Go look over your credit report and see if their are any existing incorrect information in it and contact the company ASAP. This may help in bringing your FICO up.
