I presently have a part time job and right now I am living with my parents. I want to move out of my parents’ home and stay in a separate apartment. With a part time job, will it be a safe move? Will I be able to save money for my apartment?

Right now as you have a part-time job, it won't be a good option. It won't be a safe move. You should try getting a full time job before you shift to an apartment.

Don't just rush into things. It sounds good to have your very own apartment, but you need to have a very good financial standing to actually get one.
It depends on how much money you're making at your part time job, and what your expenses would be with an apartment.
