If the company builder of my home has messed up in a lot of house options, framing, electrical issues... Is there any way that i can tell them to buy my house so i can move somewhere else?

You can ask the company builder to buy your home but it will be his discretion whether or not he will consider your request.

Ok, so if there anything else I can do as far as the mortgage goes... Is there anything that the mortgage company can help me with in regards of my situation... And I also have a VA loan, do you know if trough VA I can get a better chance to basically force them to buy back the house...
