I’m curious to know how the bank verify whether or not some live in a real state (house) to determine that is owner occupy, investment, etc.
They will check phone records, town records, any records that are available to verify. If you don't live there and they suspect you don't, they'll do what they have to do in order to verify it.
It does not happen a lot, however, sometimes they just knock on the door and see who answers or they pay someone a fee to do that for them.

I don't think anyone here will be able to let you know as to who lives in that address. You can do a Google search and check out if that can yield a result.
