Please advise how I go about obtaining or applying for Section8 housing

well, guest, there are a few orange counties in this country - none of them in connecticut, but that's okay.
i will attempt to answer your question with what limited knowledge i have. if your governmental agencies are typically county-oriented, then you might want to search through your phone directory for county offices and see if there's a housing agency. if there is, call them and ask your question.
if your locale is predominantly city government, then you'll want to repeat the above moves in looking for city offices and a city housing agency.
