Hi to all i was having a discussion with a friend of mine on co-ops and is it really difficult to obtain one with a board approval to any who own co-ops what questions do they ask how is the whole process. Thanks

I think he wants to know what questions the board members ask before giving allowing one to buy a co-operative.

As far as I know, they can ask you personal questions. They may also want to know how you're doing financially.
