FHA rates are not score driven but the reason behind that low of a score may be a factor for not getting the loan.

in fact, virtually no rates are driven by score. however, what you will find is that there are pricing adjustments (in the form of points or fractions of points) based on credit scores, and this applies to fha loans as well as conventional loans.
