Hi Sanchez,

Welcome to Mortgagefit forum.

You can contact them at this number: 913-825-1200 & let us know what they are saying about the payments as by now you have paid more than what you had borrowed.

This is a very bad company to say it nicely. Know why I am saying this from here: http://www.mortgagefit.com/discuss/rioresource.html

Hello. I too have a loan that I have paid for already many times over. I did call the number and they were supposed to set up a final payment to payoff the loan and be done with. However they have not honored the agreement that we made to date. Any help on how I can solve this problem, I am really at a loss on how to take care of this problem. thank you

Hi Stacey,

This sort of reaction is quite expected from Geneva Roth as they are known for their illegal operations only. Anyways, you have to try again to contact them for making the final loan payments.

I know it is very hard to locate them. And this time if they do not respond, you can take the help of your state attorney and ask him to find a solution.

Contact department of financial institutions in your state and tell them all about it. They will take necessary steps to make this company comply with the agreement they had with you.

Welcome Ace.

And please do let us know what happens after you contact them.

We all will be benefited by having more information about this company and how they deal with their customers.

Thanks Colin for that phone number, I was going through the same thing and I called them, and what happens is that they keep taking the money out until you fill out there form letting them know you are paying off the loan. Otherwise what they are charging is an extension fee; which is so bogus! Anyway if you do get a loan with the MAKE SURE you send in that payoff form or they will keep taking your money, pretty much indefinately!

Thanks Maggie for sharing this useful information about them. There are many who also complain that Geneva Roth is taking out money from their account and they don't know what to do.

Hello Karry,

I understand your situation.

There has been a lot of complaints against Geneva Roth. It has been found that they also work as Loan Point, USA.

You should try to contact them immediately.

You may also ask your bank to put an overdraft protection to your account.
