Hi Tom,

Welcome to Mortgagefit discussion board.

Geneva Roth does not have very good reputation and I have seen that most people start facing such problems after taking a loan from them.

You contact them on the number I am giving and clearly ask them why they are doing such a thing and how to stop it. This is their number: 913-825-1200

Do let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks
Blue

Hi Megan,

Welcome to Mortgagefit forum.

If you haven't applied then how come they were allowed to take out money from your account? They need to have authorization to do that, don't they? Contact your bank to know how it allowed them to deducted money as you had not signed on anything.

Have been getting loans from CashNet USA then in April $300.00 appeared from this GENEVA ROTH CAP, so I just assumed it had something with my retirement until the $90.00 started being debited going on 3 months now. Could not figure out how to get hold of them but now I can thanks to you.

Contact the Fair Trade Commission in Washington, D.C. to let your complaint against this company be heard. Strength in numbers.

Thank you for contacting the Federal Trade Commission. Although our jurisdiction is broad in scope, we do not have authority over banks or credit cards that are issued by banks. To file a complaint with the appropriate bank regulatory agency, you will need to determine the following:

1. If the bank has the word National or the letters N.A. in its title, the complaint should be sent to Comptroller of the Currency, Customer Assistance Group, 1301 McKinney Street, Suite 3710, Houston TX 77010, 1 (800) 613-6743.

2. A complaint about a state-chartered bank that is a member of the Federal Reserve System should be sent to the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, Director, Division of Consumer and Community Affairs, Washington, D.C. 20551, (202) 452-3693.

3. Complaints regarding state-chartered, federally insured banks that are not members of the Federal Reserve System should be sent to the Office of Bank Customer Affairs, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Washington, D.C. 20429, 1 (800) 934-3342.

4. Complaints about federal-chartered savings banks should be sent to the Office of Thrift Supervision, Division of Consumer Affairs, Washington, DC 20552, 1 (800) 842-6929.

We hope the above information is helpful to you in resolving your problem.
