I own a mobil home with no mortgage balace. I need a loan of 12 & 15 tho, but I have bad credit. I will put my house as collateral. where I can get a loan?
With a bad credit, it will be difficult for you to get a loan. If you have a credit score of around 600-620, then you may apply for a FHA loan. You can apply for a personal property loan and check out if you can get one. However, such loans are available at a higher interest rate.
