Heirs property

my mother and father booth deceased over 22 years now. my sister remained in the house and was paying the mortgage also my parents had a second mortgage as well inwhiched my sister paid that along with the taxes on the house. she,s been living there. ever since until a month ago. she and her husband bought a big beautiful new house. there. are eight children from mom and dad.. tell me do i have any rights to the sale of this house. my sister samir that the house belongs to her and that she can do whatever she wants and me and my 6 siblings have no rights to the property. please advise me of what i need to do.

If your parents have transferred the property solely to your sister or if they have made her the beneficiary of the will, then she is the sole owner of the property. None of the other heirs can have any rights to that property.
