ok say the owner gets bad at one of your kids does he have the right to say who can come to your house or can he make me lose my lease if i let my son come and see me please i need some help and my son did not do any thing he just doesnt like him what do i do

Sunshine, if the lease period isn't over, the landlord cannot do anything.
As long as the lease is active he can't break it nor he has got the right to stop your visitors. If there is no specific clause in your lease which gives him right to stop your visitors, he can do nothing. The best thing would be your kid to talking to him and make him understand that he is not a foe but a friend.
