If you are a consumer, please let all of us know how your last Loan Officer handled your loan with two questions. If you want to add more than those answers, that would be great.

I took a mortgage for my dream home from this financial institution and believe me my loan officer was excellent! She was patient enough to answer all the questions me and my would-be asked her. Ah! she had a smile on her face which made me feel confident. I really had a great time working with her!!!
You are lucky enough Carolina to get such a good loan officer!!! I had a tough time dealing with my loan officer. This person called Robin (the loan officer) has no sense of customer service. I guess the mortgage companies don't teach their loan officers about customer service. He was horrible and rude!!! I felt as if I am doing something wrong while taking loan from their company. I was so irritated that I cancelled my deal with that company and took loan from another mortgage company. They will pretty much okay in their dealings with me...
